Sprouting Opportunities

The Challenge: Attracting First Home Buyers

Located south of Brisbane at the foot of the Gold Coast Hinterland, Jimboomba is rapidly growing. We were asked to brainstorm and develop a name, logo and marketing collateral for a new property development which captured the look and feel of the area. Jimboomba mainly attracts entry buyers – especially young families. As such, we used a youthful, brightly-coloured palette to appeal to the demographic.

Living Beyond

The Challenge: Top Notch Branding For An 8-Star High Rise

Sydney’s Surry Hills is one of Australia’s most desired locations and when we were tasked with branding its first 8-Star residential high rise we rolled up our sleeves. The moniker ‘Beyond’ was eventually selected, referencing the contemporary design of the apartments and the ambitions of the key target market. Would-be Surry Hills residents are aspirational, and it was critical to appeal to this in all branding material.

Showcasing Edithvale

The Challenge: Tempting Residents To A New Side Of Edithvale

Melbourne’s bayside suburb of Edithvale combines crystal beaches with luscious parks, vibrant wetlands and winding bike paths all at a distance of less than 30km from the city. When we took on the task of improving the logo and marketing collateral for a medium-density development in the heart of the suburb, we wanted to capture all that’s great about the area. The main focus was on Edithvale’s existing ‘empty nesters’ who love the area but are looking to downsize their land (and upgrade their home).
